肟醚菌胺

理化性质
肪醚菌胺是甲氧基丙烯酸醋类杀菌剂，orysastrobin为肟醚菌胺的英文通用名。其化学名称为(2E)-2-(甲氧亚氨基)-2-{2-[(3E，5E，6E)-S-(甲氧亚氨基)-4，6-二甲基-2，8-二氧杂-3，7-二氧杂壬-3，6-二烯-1-基]苯基}-N-甲基乙酞胺。分子式C18H25N5O5。分子量391.4。纯品为白色结晶固体，熔点98.4℃-99.0℃。蒸气压7x10-7Pa(20℃)。水中溶解度为50.6毫克/升(20℃)。
毒性
肪醚菌胺对大鼠急性经口LD50为大鼠(雄、雌)356mg/kg;急性经皮LD50大鼠(雄、雌)>2000mg/kg；急性吸入(粉尘LC50)大鼠(雄、雌)2.02毫克/升。经兔试验对眼睛和皮肤无刺激，对豚鼠皮肤无致敏性；对鲤鱼LC50 (96h)为1.7mg/L；水蚤LC50 (48h)1.2mg/L。
用途
目前主要用于水稻防治水稻稻瘟病和纹枯病。
