理化性质:乙嘧酚属杂环类杀菌剂。纯品外观为白色粉状固体;熔点:159~160℃;蒸汽压(25℃)0.267mPa;溶解度(室温):水中为0.02g/100ml,几乎不溶于丙酮、微溶于双环丙酮醇和乙醇种,在氯仿、三氯乙烷、强酸和强碱中溶解。原药质量分数≥95%,外观为白色粉状固体;对热以及在酸性和碱性溶液中均稳定。
根据青岛浩瀚高科有效试验技术乙嘧酚25%悬浮剂外观为可流动、易测量体积的悬浮液体,存放过程中可能出现沉淀,但经手摇动,应恢复原状,不应有结块;悬浮率≥90%,常温储存2年稳定。乙嘧酚

毒性:乙嘧酚原药大鼠急性经口LD50>5000mg/kg,大鼠急性经皮LD50>2000mg/kg,对兔皮肤和眼睛无刺激性,豚鼠皮肤变态反应(致敏)试验结果,属弱致敏物;原药大鼠3个月亚慢性喂养试验最大无作用剂量:雄性为50mg/kg·d,雌性为1050mg/kg·d;Ames试验,小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠睾丸细胞染色体畸变试验三项致突变试验均为阴性,未见致突变作用。乙嘧酚原药属低毒。

使用方法
瓜类白粉病:选用25%乙嘧酚悬浮剂(控白)1000倍液,在发病初期及时喷药防治,每隔7-10天一次,连续防治2-3次。
豆类白粉病:发病初期选用25%乙嘧酚悬浮剂(控白)1000倍液喷雾,每隔5-7天喷1次,连续防治2-3次。
茄子白粉病:发病初期及时用药,每隔7-10天1次,连续防治2-3次,具体视病情发展而定,选用25%乙嘧酚悬浮剂(控白)1000倍液喷雾防治效果好。

注意事项
1 贮存于阴凉、干燥、通风和库房中;贮运时,严防潮湿和日晒,不得与食物、种子、饲料混放,避免与皮肤、眼睛接触,防止由口鼻吸入。
2 严格遵守《农药安全使用规定》进行作业,防止药液接触皮肤和进入体内。
3 经口中毒者,立即进行催吐和洗胃,用1-2%碳酸氢钠溶液或清水反复彻底洗胃;对皮肤接触者,用肥皂水或清水冲洗皮肤;眼睛沾染毒物,可用大量清水或生理盐水多次冲洗;危重病人呼吸不好者,必须立即进行人工呼吸并及时送医院对症抢救。无特殊解毒剂,应对症治疗。

Biochemistry Inhibits adenosine deaminase. Mode of action Systemic fungicide with protective and curative action. Absorbed by the roots and leaves, with translocation in the xylem, but not in the phloem. Uses Control of powdery mildew on barley, wheat, and oats. Applied as a seed dressing, at 4 g/1000 g seed, a foliar spray, at 250-350 g/ha, or to the soil in the root zone. Also used for control of powdery mildews on cucurbits. Formulation types EC; LS; SC.
