理化性质:纯品为无色结晶固体。m.p.95~96.4℃,蒸气压7.5×10-6Pa (20℃)。20℃时溶解度:二氯甲烷>200g/kg,甲苯100~200g/kg,异丙醇100~200g/kg,己烷2.5g/L,水0.3mg/L。分配系数120。
毒性:大鼠急性经口LD501280~2470mg/kg,急性经皮LD50>5000mg/kg。
作用特点及用途:非均三嗪除草剂,光合作用抑制剂。主要防除禾谷类作物(如小麦)和番茄田的禾本科杂草(尤其是雀麦)和某些阔叶杂草,用量0.55 ~1.7kg有效成分/hm2。在芽前和秋季芽后施用,对鼠尾看麦娘防效优异;分蘖前施用,可防除野燕麦、繁缕等,施药量0.75~1.5kg/hm2。
剂型:制剂有50%可湿性粉剂。
生产方法:在浓硫酸存在下,(CH3)3CCOCN与醋酐搅拌反应4h,生成(CH3)3CCONHCOCH3,再与NH2NHCSNHNH2反应,生成4-氨基-6-特丁基-3-巯基-1,2,4-三嗪-5 (4H)酮,最后与溴乙烷(或硫酸二甲酯)反应,合成乙嗪草酮。
