理化性质:无色透明液体,难溶于水,易溶于乙醇、二甲苯、环己酮等有机溶剂,沸点 120-130℃/13.3Pa/20Pa,密度1.1569(20℃),蒸气压1.32Pa/20℃,对光照比 较稳定,对酸稳定,对碱不稳定。

毒性LD50(mg/kg):小白鼠急性经口237.7,小白鼠腹腔注射203.7。鲤鱼TLm(48h)为5mg/L(静水)、4mg/L(流水)。对皮肤、眼睛无刺激作用。

作用特点及应用:抑制几丁质合成的内吸性有机磷杀菌剂。主要干扰细胞膜透性,使几丁质合成受阻,从而使菌体不能正常发育,残效期较长,具有抗倒伏及兼治飞虱、叶蝉的功效。。防治稻温病、小粒菌核病、纹枯病和云形病等有一定效果,还可兼治水稻飞虱和叶蝉。

主要用于防治稻瘟病。喷雾防治苗瘟和叶瘟、穗颈瘟,浓度药液也防治水稻小粒菌核病、纹枯病、云形病等,以及玉米大小斑病,谷温病。

稻叶瘟的防治:在病害发生初期,每亩用40%乳油150毫升,兑水50-75公斤,常规喷雾。如病情继续发展,可在1周后再喷1次。



稻穗颈瘟的防治:在水稻破口及齐穗期各喷1次,每亩用40%乳油150-200毫克,兑水40-50公斤常规喷雾。如果前期叶瘟较重,后期肥料过多,稻苗生长嫩绿及易感病品种,可在抽穗期再喷1次。

剂型:40%乳油。

生产方法:先由乙醇和三氯化磷制备二乙基亚磷酸,再与硫磺和碳酸钠反应生成O,O-二乙基硫代磷酸钠,进一步与氯苄作用得到稻瘟净。

原料消耗定额:三氯化磷(≥95%)336kg/t;乙醇(≥95%)348kg/t;甲苯655kg/t;氯气182kg/t;液氨(≥98%)45kg/t;纯碱140kg/t;硫磺(≥98%)58kg/t。

生产情况:国内浙江兰溪农药厂;嘉兴农药厂;江西省江西农药厂生产。
