外观:纯品是无色粘稠液体。原药95-97%.
密度:1.313 (20 °C); 原药., 1.30-1.32 (20 °C)
沸点:120~123℃(26.7帕,0.2毫米汞柱)。
折射率:1.5318(25℃)。
溶解性:水中0.245 mg/l (25 °C). 易溶于大多数有机溶剂,包括煤油。
稳定性: 除强碱环境以外,水解稳定。 175 °C下,8小时内42% 转化为O,S-二乙基异构体

使用:
【用途】农业上用作杀线虫剂。适用于防治玉米、胡瓜、胡椒、草莓、南瓜、番茄等作物的线虫。
【制备或来源】可由二氯苯酚和二乙基硫代磷酰氯作用而制得。
【备注】工业品是黑棕色,有像蒜的臭味,含量95%~97%。有长期残效,但无熏蒸作用。一般加工成乳剂使用。

合成方法
由2,4-二氯苯酚与O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯反应而得。将840份2,4-二氯苯酚、923份O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯投入反应锅,搅拌加热使之溶解。在50℃加入412份50%氢氧化钠水溶液,升温至110℃反应2h。然后将反应物料滴加至124份25%氢氧化钠、1098份水和2410份己烷的混合液中,静置分层,分出己烷层,蒸尽己烷,减压蒸馏收集93-100℃(6.7kPa)馏分即得。
