丁香菌酯 英文通用名:coumoxystrobin 以乙酰乙酸乙酯为起始原料,经烷基化、合环、缩合等反应制得新型化合物(E)-2-[2-(3-正丁基-4-甲基-2氧代-7-色烯基氧)甲基苯基]-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯,即丁香菌酯(SYP-3375),其结构经核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱和元素分析确认。生物活性试验结果表明:丁香菌酯在温室盆栽条件下对黄瓜霜霉病和白粉病的防效均低于对照药剂;在田间小区试验中,丁香菌酯对黄瓜霜霉病在有效成分剂量100 g/hm2下的防治效果与对照药剂烯肟菌酯和嘧菌酯相当;对小麦白粉病在有效成分剂量50和200 g/hm2下的防效略低于对照药剂烯肟菌酯或与之相当。初步的毒性数据表明丁香菌酯属低毒化合物。 杀菌剂主要是应对各类果树由于病菌长势不好所采取的措施,丁香菌酯是沈阳化工研究院开发的具有自主知识产权的新杀菌剂,已经获得中国和美国专利授权,其专利技术实施已经转让吉林八达农药有限公司。原药和20%丁香菌酯悬浮剂已获得农业部农药临时登记。该药剂具有广谱性,对苹果树腐烂病、油菜菌核病、黄瓜枯萎病、水稻恶苗病、苹果轮纹病、苹果斑点病、黄瓜黑星病、玉米小斑病、小麦赤霉病、番茄叶霉病、番茄炭疽病、小麦纹枯病、稻瘟病等多种病原菌有较好的抑制作用。 |

coumoxystrobin IUPAC: methyl (2E)-2-{2-[(3-butyl-4-methyl-2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-yl)oxymethyl]phenyl}-3-methoxyacrylate
The discovery,synthesis,fungicidal activity,toxicological properties of(E)-methyl 2-[2- (3-n-butyl-4-methyl-2-oxo-chromen-7-yloxy) methyl phenyl]-3-methoxyacrylate(coumoxystrobin,SYP-3375) were introduced.Coumoxystrobin was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate as starting material via several steps including alkylation,cyclization and condensation.The structures of coumoxystrobin and the intermediates were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR),IR and elemental analysis.The bioactivity results showed that in greenhouse conditions coumoxystrobin had lower activity in controlling cucumber downy mildew and powdery mildew than contrasts,in field trials,the fungicidal activity against cucumber downy mildew of coumoxystrobin at 100 g(a.i)/ha was almost equivalent to that of enestroburin and azoxystrobin,the fungicidal activity against cucumber powdery mildew at 50 and 200 g (a.i)/ha was lower or equivalent to that of enestroburin EC. |
