氯苯肟唑 杀菌剂 中文化学名称: 1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-(1-咪唑基)-丙烯基乙烯酮肟 , (Z,E)1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-(1-咪唑基)-O-丙烯基乙酮肟 分子式: C14H13Cl2N3O 结构式: 氯苯肟唑属杂环类化合物,其分子式为C14H13Cl2N3O。 性状描述: 常温下呈液体,溶于丙酮、乙醇、甲醇、三氯甲烷、氯仿、乙腈、苯、甲苯、DMF、DMSO;不溶于水。原药在54±2℃下储存3周,稳定,含量不变。 LD50/LC50: 急性经口:2150mg/kg;急性经皮:>5000mg/kg 简介: 中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所和上海市氯苯胺灵研究所近期联合对氯苯肟唑作为农用杀菌剂的效果进行了评价,分别采用孢子萌发法、含毒介质法、离体叶片法和盆栽试验法,测试了氯苯肟唑对不同蔬菜病原真菌的抑制作用;此外,还进行了20%氯苯肟唑水乳剂防治黄瓜白粉病和黑星病的田间药效试验。室内毒力测定结果显示,氯苯肟唑对供试的几种病原菌均具有较高的杀菌活性,其中500毫克/升的处理对番茄枯萎病菌、辣椒疫病菌、黄瓜黑星病菌的活性分别与对照药剂多菌灵、克露、腈菌唑相当,对菜豆菌核病菌、黄瓜灰霉病菌和黄瓜白粉病菌的抑制率虽然分别低于对照药剂菌核净、嘧霉胺、腈菌唑,但抑菌效果均在80%以上,仍具有较高的生物活性。田间药效试验结果表明,20%氯苯肟唑水乳剂40毫克/升药液对黄瓜白粉病和黄瓜黑星病的防效可分别达80%和84%,与对照药剂腈菌唑相当。室内生物活性测定结果与田间试验结果一致。 毒理学试验结果表明,氯苯肟唑对人畜安全,Ames试验及对小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核试验和小鼠睾丸精母细胞染色体致畸变试验结果均为阴性,是一个很有发展前途的新型杀菌剂品种 |

Chlorphenomizole The antifungal effect of chlorphenomizole against several fungi causing the main diseases on vegetable was tested by spore germination,microbiostatic ring,detached leaves,and potted plants test.In addition,the field trials efficacy of chlorphenomizole 20% EW against powdery mildew and scab on cucumber were conducted.The result showed that chlorphenomizole exhibited high activity against pathogens.The antifungal activity of 500 mg/L chlorphenomizole against Fusarium oxysporium from tomato,Phytophthora capsici from pepper and Cladosporium cucumurnim was similar as the control.Although the activity against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum from kidney,Botrytis cinerea and Sphaerotheca fuliginea from cucumber was lower than that the control,the inhibition rate was still higher than 80%.In field experiment,40 mg/L of chlorphenomizole 20% EW showed good efficacy in controlling powdery mildew and scab on cucumber,the effecacies were 80% and 84%,respectively. |
