理化性质:无色至淡黄色晶体.原药为无色至黄色晶体。熔点180~181℃。25℃溶解度(g/L):己烷0.5,甲醇35,二甲苯4.7,水3.54mg/L(26℃).蒸气压为74mPa(25℃)。在可见光下稳定;在60℃下可稳定6个月以上,在正常贮存条件下稳定.

毒性LD50(mg/kg):大小鼠急性经口大于5000,急性经皮大于5000。对兔皮肤无刺激作用,对兔眼睛有轻微的刺激作用,通过清洗可以消除。大、小鼠2a饲喂试验的结果表明,无明显的有害作用;Ames试验和Rec检定表明,无致突变性;两代以上的繁殖研究结果表明,对繁殖无异常影响.鲤鱼L50(48h)>10mg/L。

作用特点及杀草谱:本品属酰苯胺类除草剂.土壤处理除草剂。以低于2kg/ha剂量于芽前或芽后施用,能有效防除一年生杂草,如稗、鸭舌草、母草、节节菜和多年生杂草,如细杆萤蔺、牛毛毡、铁荸荠、水莎草和瓜皮草。甚至在低于0.1~0.2kg/ha剂量下,对细杆萤蔺防效仍很高。本品在水稻和杂草间有极好的选择性,在大田试验中,本品与某些除草剂混用对稗草、爪皮草的防除效果极佳。该产品抑制细胞分裂,对光合作用和呼吸作用稍有影响.

剂型:颗粒剂

生产方法:以α甲基苯乙烯为原料,首先制得α,α-二甲基苄胺,再与特丁基醋酸衍生物3,3-二甲基-2-溴丁酰氯(溴)在缚酸剂存在下缩合,在40~45℃反应4h,反应结束后用10%氢氧化钠溶液调PH至10~10.5,并冷却至20℃,得到纯度99%的产品,收率95%。

生产情况:日本住友化学开发的除草剂。国内尚未有生产报道。

APPLICATIONS
Uses A selective herbicide used for paddy field rice, effective against sedges, especially Echinochloa spp., Eleocharis acicularis and Scirpus juncoides, and some broad-leaved weeds. It is also effective in upland rice. Phytotoxicity Rice injury may occur on sandy fields, or on rice which has been shallowly transplanted. Formulation types GR.
